Purifix Property Care — Terms & Conditions Last Updated: June 2026
By booking or using any service provided by Purifix Property Care, you agree to the following terms and conditions in full.
1. Services Purifix Property Care provides professional commercial and residential cleaning services. All services are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of booking. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or decline any service request at our sole discretion.
2. Bookings & Confirmations All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email, message, or online form). A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive an official confirmation from Purifix Property Care. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any booking with reasonable notice.
3. Access to Property The client is responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the property at the agreed time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service value.
4. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for securing or removing valuables, fragile items, and sensitive materials prior to the service. Purifix Property Care shall not be held liable for any pre-existing damage or loss of unsecured items.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service value. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will not be charged. Purifix Property Care reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances without liability.
6. Satisfaction & Complaints Client satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will assess the complaint and, at our discretion, offer a re-clean of the disputed area. No refunds will be issued once the service has been completed and accepted.
7. Limitation of Liability Purifix Property Care’s total liability to any client shall not exceed the value of the specific service provided. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. Our liability for accidental damage is limited to repair or replacement at our discretion, up to a maximum of the service fee paid.
8. Right to Refuse Service Purifix Property Care reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any client at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe working conditions, abusive behaviour, or non-payment.
9. Indemnification The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Purifix Property Care, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the client’s actions, negligence, or breach of these terms.
10. Amendments Purifix Property Care reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Purifix Property Care operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
