Purifix Property Care — Payment Policy Last Updated: June 2026
1. Accepted Payment Methods Purifix Property Care accepts the following payment methods for all services: online credit and debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards) and ACH bank transfer payments. All payments are processed securely through our certified payment gateway.
2. Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of service unless a prior credit arrangement has been agreed in writing. For recurring or contract clients, invoices are issued at the agreed billing cycle and are due within 7 days of the invoice date.
3. ACH Payments We proudly accept ACH bank transfers as a convenient and secure payment option. ACH payments typically process within 1 to 3 business days. By authorising an ACH payment, the client confirms they have sufficient funds and authorises Purifix Property Care to debit the agreed amount from their nominated bank account. Returned or failed ACH transactions due to insufficient funds or incorrect details will incur an administrative fee of $25 per occurrence.
4. Card Payments Online card payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Card details are encrypted and never stored on our systems. Any disputed or charged-back transactions will be investigated and the client will be notified. Purifix Property Care reserves the right to suspend services for any client with an unresolved chargeback or payment dispute.
5. Late Payments Invoices not paid within the agreed terms will attract a late payment fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Purifix Property Care reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts with overdue balances.
6. Refunds All sales are considered final once the service has been completed and accepted. Refunds will not be issued for completed services. In exceptional circumstances, a service credit may be offered at the sole discretion of Purifix Property Care.
7. Disputes Any payment disputes must be raised in writing within 2 days of the invoice date. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. Purifix Property Care’s decision on all payment matters is final.
8. Price Changes Purifix Property Care reserves the right to adjust service pricing at any time. Clients on recurring plans will be given 7 days written notice of any price changes.
